Custom AI tools,
built for one process at a time.
PoCs from $8,000 — fixed scope, 3–5 weeks, acceptance criteria in writing, and you own the code on final payment.
What you get
- A working system, not a demo. Wired into your stack, running on your real data, behind human-approval gates for anything irreversible.
- Written acceptance criteria. "Done" is defined before we start — measured, not vibes.
- Kill criteria. If the data or the economics don't support it, we say so at Gate 2 — before you've paid for a build.
- Full code ownership. Transferred on final payment. No lock-in, no ransom.
- Direct founder access. No account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. The person who scopes it builds it.

Questions
What do I get in a PoC?
A working system on your real data — not a slide deck. One business process, human-approval gates, written acceptance criteria.
How is this different from hiring freelancers?
Freelancers are cheaper per hour, but you manage scope, integration, and quality. We own the outcome: fixed scope, five gates, stop/continue built in.
What if our data is a mess?
Gate 2 catches it before you pay for a build. We'd rather tell you in week one than week four.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes — CRM, ERP, helpdesk, spreadsheets. Integration is scoped explicitly, not discovered mid-project.
Who owns the code and data?
You do, on final payment. In writing, in the contract.
You have no public reviews. Why should I trust you?
Fair question — and we won't ask for trust we haven't earned. That's why everything is structured to protect you instead: fixed price published upfront, kill the PoC at any gate and pay only for completed gates, the final 50% gated on written acceptance criteria, and code ownership transferred on payment. The process doesn't require trust; it requires a contract.
