1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our digital services. If you are not happy with your subscription or digital product purchase from kunlungrowth, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following strict circumstances to prevent abuse:
- API Consumption: If you have used more than 10% of your allotted API credits or generated more than 5 reports/articles during the 7-day period.
- Custom Orders: Payments made for custom jewelry manufacturing, loose stone deposits, or bespoke sourcing services are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun.
- Renewals: We do not refund automatic renewals unless a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@kunlungrowth.com with your Order ID. We will review your usage and process the refund via our payment processor (Paddle) within 3-5 business days.
4. Payment Processor
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
