Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Most stones over 0.50ct come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) report. The certificate number is laser inscribed on the girdle.
How do I verify the IGI certificate?
You can verify any report instantly on the IGI website by entering the report number. We guarantee the stone matches the report 100%.
Why IGI and not GIA?
IGI is the global leader in lab-grown diamond grading and offers faster turnaround and better value. GIA is prestigious but more expensive and slower. We offer both, but IGI is the industry standard for LGD.
Do you have a conflict-free guarantee?
Lab-grown diamonds are by definition conflict-free. No earth mining, no blood diamonds, no human rights abuses. 100% ethical.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day inspection period for loose stones. If the stone does not match the video/cert, you can return it. Custom jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are you a real factory?
Yes. Our partner facilities are located in Henan province, the global capital of HPHT diamond production. We welcome scheduled factory visits for large B2B partners.
Do you sell on RapNet?
We are a direct supplier. While our stones may end up on RapNet via brokers, buying from us directly saves you that broker fee.
How do I know it's not Moissanite?
Moissanite is doubly refractive; Diamond is singly refractive. A jeweler's loupe can spot the difference (facet doubling). Also, our IGI certs prove it is Diamond (Carbon), not Moissanite (Silicon Carbide).
Is the resizing warranty included?
We warranty the structural integrity of the jewelry for 1 year (pave stones falling out, etc.). Resizing handling depends on the situation.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes. We can provide unbranded HD videos and photos of the stones for you to show your customers before you buy.
