How long does it take to make a custom ring?
Standard turnaround is 15-20 days (3 weeks). 3-5 days for CAD, 10-12 days for casting/setting/polishing, 2-3 days for QC.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
Yes. Send us a Pinterest photo or sketch. Our CAD designers will recreate it and send you a 3D render for approval before we print the wax model.
Do you set melee diamonds?
Yes. We use our own high-quality D-E/VVS HPHT melee diamonds for pave settings, ensuring the small stones match the center stone's brilliance perfectly.
Can I laser engrave my logo?
Yes. We offer free laser engraving for your brand logo and hallmark (e.g., '18K', 'Au750') on the inside of the ring band.
Do you provide jewelry boxes?
We provide standard protective packaging. For branded luxury boxes, we can source them for you for bulk orders (MOQ 50+).
What if the ring size is wrong?
We can resize it for a small fee, or you can resize it locally. We strictly follow US ring size standards. We recommend confirming size via a sizer before ordering.
Do you sell mountings (semi-mounts)?
Yes. You can buy just the ring setting (semi-mount) without the center stone if you prefer to set your own stones.
Can you make tennis bracelets?
Yes! Tennis bracelets are our best-seller. We use machine setting for precision and consistent HPHT melee quality.
Is there a CAD fee?
For orders confirmed, the CAD fee is waived/included. If you just want the CAD file without production, there is a small design fee ($50-$80).
